I am very excited to announce that I am now an OpLove Photographer. This great organization gives me the oppurtunity to give back to those who serve our country. I can’t tell you how excited I am to be working for them!
Someday soon I will be given the great priveledge of photographing the homecoming of one of our brave soldiers!! I soon will also be given the honor of photographing family portraits for a soldier who is still on duty in another part of the world.
It is a great honor to me to be accepted into this organization. I am honored to be a part of this wonderful organization!!

A new addition

A month ago I wrote about my children’s birthdays. March is a very exciting month for our family. It came quietly this year and ended with a HUGE BANG!! I barely even noticed that it was gone!
On the 16th My sister called me in the middle of my post saying that I better get ready this baby was showing up today! I never expected that phone call from her! Nolan James came into the world that day with his sweet little sister cheering and clapping in the hallway just outside the room where her Mom was having her C-Section. We are very excited to have a new member to the family!!
Leigh had a great deal of complications after Nolan came to us. She was released from the hosptial and then readmitted. The Doctors gave us very confusing diagnosis’ saying that the only way to explain the problems she was having was Congestive Heart Failure BUT it’s not really Heart failure…huh???? She has fluid around her heart but it’s all pregnancy related, had she have not been pregnant there would have been no problems. After all this Leigh was able to come home.
She came home to one of the most beautiful babies ever!! So now I introduce to you:

I am seriously behind on my blog and have several posts that I will be adding this week. Later in the week brings my sweet little nephew so I need to catch up quickly!
Scratch that, My nephew is coming today! So without further ado.
Roc turned 5 on the 15th of March and Grace turns 3 on the 22nd of March! Now we will have Nolan on what looks like the 16th! So exciting! Grace and her Aunt Leigh share the same birthday so March is a big month for us!!!

Stephanie Romeo Photography is excited to announce a partnership with Think Pink Photography. Think Pink Photography was founded in October 2007 to support individuals and their families who have been touched by breast cancer. We are a charitable organization that serves two main purposes – celebrating life and supporting the cause.

Through our professional photographer network, we are helping breast cancer patients to celebrate life with charitable photography sessions. Individuals may choose to document their fight against the disease before or during treatment, or prefer to capture their victory by scheduling a session within 12 months after treatment is completed. Photographers world-wide are now available to donate time and talent to celebrate life and support the cause. There is no cost or obligation to the breast cancer patient. Clients participating in a Think Pink Session will receive a complimentary photo session, as well as a set of 10 small prints from the session. They will also receive a discount on any additional portraits they wish to purchase, although there is absolutely no purchase required at any time.

To support the cause, we have partnered with The Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation. All funds generated through donations and various fundraising efforts are paid directly to The Eric R. Beverly Family Foundation. As a 3-time breast cancer survivor, Danielle Beverly and her husband Eric joined together to form a foundation dedicated to promoting education, increasing awareness, and providing support and resources for families who have been touched by breast cancer.

Anticipation~Leigh’s Maternity~New Castle, PA Photographer

I have been waiting for Leigh to feel good enough to do these portraits! She is coming close to the end of her pregnancy and is getting very uncomfortable. I am so glad I got the chance to photograph her again before our sweet little peanut is here!!!

Models Needed: Rock the Frock Fashion Shoot

I am very excited to announce this officially!! I have been busy hammering out the details for this shoot. I will need anywhere from 5 to 10 models between the ages of 15-20. You will need a formal dress, it can be short or long. If you are under the age of 18 you will need your parents permission to participate. There is no cost to participate in this event and you will not be forced into purchasing prints!

The Details:
This shoot will take place on a Saturday in late May ( date to be announced). Anyone who participates will recieve a free 8×10 and a discounted rate on prints. I am looking for people who want to take this idea and run with it! Your dress with Cowboy boots or Chucks. Someone who is willing to do some really dramatic make up or rock a crazy hairstyle.This shoot will be around 3 hours and will include several locations in the area. If you are under 18 you will need to have a parent or guardian with you to drive you to the different locales. If weather permits I will need 1 girl to “swim” in her dress. She will be asked to lay in the sand and walk in the water. The girl or girls that volunteer for this will recieve 10 images of their choice on a disc to use or print up to 5×7. Anyone who is willing to be a model for this shoot will need to sign a Model Release, this is so I will be able to use the images on my website or any other form of Social Media.

Hair Stylist / Make-up Artist:
I am looking for someone in this area that will be willing to be on set with me during the day. The work that you create will be well documented and you will recieve a disc with images of you working and Images of your final product. You will be able to print these images for your portfolio use or use in your salon.

Vito & Tracy, New Castle PA Engagement Session,

I met Vito about 13 years ago, he is a childhood friend of my husbands. After talking and hanging out for a few hours we headed home. I fondly remember the drive home. Rick told me how much Vito was like his Dad and told me stories of the two of them fishing together in the Quarry behind Vito’s house. I thought Vito was very charming and sweet and wondered aloud why he had not found a girl for himself yet.
Tracy is a wonderful woman who very much adores Vito. I can’t wait to witness and photograph them joining together. It is the start of a beautiful marriage and new life together!
May the both of you have joy, peace, and love together!!
